Neighborly, the Los Angeles chef-curated kitchen and marketplace where one order can pull from several kitchens at once, has teamed up with Curbit to sharpen digital pickup and delivery timing across its locations. Founded at the Promenade at Westlake Village and now open on San Vicente in Brentwood, Neighborly brings together partner concepts including Mini Kabob, What's Gaby Cooking, Palermo Pizza Club, Social Monk, and Questlove's Mixtape, alongside an in-house marketplace of chef-prepared meals and pantry staples.

Curbit's availability engine will pull real-time kitchen throughput signals from Neighborly's Toast KDS, then sync with online ordering by Olo to dynamically adjust promise times and pace incoming digital demand across channels.
